Give your Zlowi Agent the document. It figures out the rest.
Save costs, reduce errors, and increase velocity on daily order entry tasks.
“My employees waste hours every week typing information from PDFs & emails into our system. Now the Zlowi Agent does all the heavy lifting for us.”
Bob Field, Operations Manager
Just Zlowi it
Turn incoming business documents into transactions automatically - Less manual data entry. No custom integrations.
How it Works
Upload
Drag a PDF, image or spreadsheet straight into Zlowi.
Email the Zlowi Agent
Forward it to your company's own Zlowi address.
Zlowi gets to work
01
What is this record?
02
What does your customer want?
03
What information needs validation?
04
What needs to be done?
Trust
Nothing gets written to your systems until it checks out.
Zlowi uses the least expensive method that can safely finish the job, and escalates only when the document calls for it.
Trust
Drag a PDF, image or spreadsheet straight into Zlowi.
Standard
A clean PDF or spreadsheet — handled by a low-cost model.
Unstructured
A photo, scan or loose email instruction — read with vision and reasoning.
Exception
Genuinely ambiguous or conflicting — Zlowi comes to you.
Validation gate
Customer, SKU, unit of measure, price, ship-to address and duplicates are checked against your system of record before anything is created.
Pass
Zlowi completes the transaction and logs what it did.
FAIL
You get one specific question — not the whole document to re-read.
In practice
One email, one attachment, one finished transaction.
