What counts as a transaction?
One completed task
A document Zlowi understood and acted on — for example one purchase order turned into a sales order, or one invoice posted. Multi-page documents and multi-line orders count once.
Exceptions are not charged twice
If Zlowi asks you a question and you answer it, the task still counts once.
Going over your plan
Work keeps running. You are prompted to move up a plan rather than being cut off mid-month.
