General

Katleon Inc. (“we”, “us”, “our” or the “Company”) built this Privacy Policy to help you understand how we collect and use the information you share with us, and to help you make informed decisions when using Zlowi (the “Services”), located at zlowi.com and its directly associated domains (the “Site”). By using or accessing the Services, you accept the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

Information We Collect

When you register for the Services, we ask for information such as your name, company name and address, and email address. If you connect a third-party ERP or accounting system, we also process the data you choose to import or push through that connection. If you subscribe to a paid plan, billing is handled by a third-party payment processor that is not permitted to use your billing information for any purpose other than processing your payment on our behalf.

You can review and update your account information at any time within the Site. We use the information you provide to operate and make the Services available to you, for billing, identification and authentication, to contact you about your use of the Services, and to improve the content and functionality of the Services.

We may share information with third-party vendors and hosting partners who provide the infrastructure, storage, and other technology required to operate the Services. You retain all rights to your data; we do not claim ownership of Customer Data.

Cookies

We use session cookies to keep you signed in and to allow the Site to process your requests. We also use persistent cookies, readable only by us, to recognize you as a returning customer and make it easier to log in. If you disable cookies in your browser, you will be able to browse the Site but will not be able to use the Services.

Information Sharing with Third Parties

Except as described in this policy, we do not sell, rent or loan your identifiable personal information to any third party. We may disclose information to respond to subpoenas, court orders or other legal process, to establish or exercise our legal rights, or to investigate suspected fraud, security incidents, or violations of our Terms of Use. We may share non-personal, aggregated statistics with vendors, but these will not include personally identifying information.

Children’s Personal Information

The Services are not directed to, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from, anyone under the age of 13.

Security

We and our hosting and/or cloud service providers maintain reasonable security measures designed to protect your information from loss, misuse, and unauthorized access or disclosure. No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is, however, 100% secure.

Retention of Personal Data

We retain personal information only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy, or as required to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When we no longer have a legitimate need to retain your information, we delete or anonymize it.

Terms of Use and Revisions

Use of the Services is also subject to our Terms of Use. We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time; the date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Services after a revision constitutes acceptance of the updated policy. If there is a conflict between this Privacy Policy and the Terms of Use, the Terms of Use control.
